Rhys Williams


Rhys has extensive experience of process consultancy. He has worked on a variety of process re-engineering, ISO 9000, ITIL, Target Operating Model and SIAM projects in the banking and finance, professional services, telecommunications, utilities, oil and gas, manufacturing and retail property sectors. He is ITIL qualified, has a broad experience of eliciting and mapping ‘as-is’ and designing ‘to-be’ processes and driving process implementation and is an experienced process consultant. He has knowledge and experience of industry best practices and standards, including ITIL and ISO 9000 series, and their practical application, is an effective communicator, influencer and negotiator with proven experience of facilitating workshops and meetings and has built up a substantial library of best practice Service Management processes.

Michael has over 20 years’ experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, Project, Programme, IT Service and Operational Delivery Management. Typically working at FTSE250 board level sponsored programmes up to £300m, from design of business case, through development of programme into directing the delivery of the resulting transformation change programme. He is often called upon to review, turn around and recover failing delivery organisations, programmes and teams. Operates at CxO level down and, importantly, engages and communicates with all parts of an organisation. A people person and team player but will take ultimate responsibility for making the right and often tough decisions. He has a reputation for recruiting and building high-performance teams and is hands-on, commercially astute with a solid financial management track record.

Tony McIntosh (Associate)

He has led programmes in large global organisations and government agencies, including 14 years’ delivering mergers, acquisitions, and divestments and a strong track record in media, software services, cyber security, defence, legal, financial services, energy, shipping and logistics, and more. With the ability to see the big picture and distil it down for both the large teams he manages and the CxO stakeholders he engages with, Tony is an invaluable strategist and leader for any size organisation. Not afraid to get into the detail of the business, financial, or technical aspects of any initiative where required, he is able to lead teams built on trust and clarity of purpose.

Simon is a highly-skilled, experienced and results-driven Senior Project Leader with a successful background in B2B, B2C, banking, consumer, financial services, government, M&A, education and legal sectors. He is security cleared, commercially and technically strong, a PRINCE2 practitioner certified and proficient in using agile and scrum techniques. He takes a hands-on approach to successful project leadership, engaging with senior stakeholders to COO level, managing third parties, IT suppliers and off-shore teams, delivering ‘cost appropriate’ IT solutions, systems migration and multiple, payroll and HR, complex business and digital simultaneous projects.

Peter Barnes FBCI (Associate)


Peter is a Business Continuity practitioner with extensive experience in the profession. A published writer and broadcaster, Peter's  experience encompasses numerous sectors and central / local government and NGOs. His most recent engagements have been with an international professional services company , a long-term relationship with a global brokerage and investment bank and a number of assignments embracing oil production, supply, trading and distribution. Though based in the UK, Peter’s work is largely focused on his overseas client base.  Consequently, he is widely experienced with the challenges, drivers and regulatory requirements associated with implementing BCM and crisis management in the Americas , South East Asia, Middle East and the former Soviet states. Peter has also presented to conferences, facilitated workshops and provided business continuity training across the world. He is the editor of the 1st and 2nd editions of "The Definitive Guide to Business Continuity Management" (J Wiley & Sons).

As a life-long learner with masters-level academic achievements in organisational transformation (BPR, KM and TQM) and the strategic application of IS/IT for competitive positioning, Phil has advised executive management as to future technology trends and opportunities and managing relationships and customer expectations at all levels.

He is a visionary yet pragmatic consultant, well-used to generating business cases / propositions, defining customer journeys and facilitating workshops to elicit fully formed, justified and measurable business requirements.
